Guests can craft a pasta dish, flatbread or salad and interact, talk and laugh with our chefs to experiment with a variety of fresh ingredients in our open kitchen. You can indulge in richer ingredients like meats cheeses as well as a full complement of fresh vegetables, whole grains and fruits. Spoleto has made it our mission to use ingredients in their simplest, most natural form, depending on daily deliveries of seasonal produce from locally owned farms. Spoleto sources produce that is nutrient-rich and organic when possible.

This is an excellent example of what It is has to offer. There are so many options that it is almost impossible for someone to not find something they like. Hey have flatbreads, make-your-own pasta, and recently added a whole line of risottos. This is also a good place to take children as the pastas a very customizable. This is great for a quick bite or even a date night. Definitely a good option for dinner or lunch.

It seems as though more food concepts are taking the subway process of " building your own". It's great.Build your own pasta dish, salad, or flatbread. Add what you like, leave out what you don't like. It's fast, it tastes good, it's reasonably priced, it works!It's fast casual food that tastes good and is priced right.I will definitely go back.
